This is an experienced Team Lead with 8+ years of experience in technology working in large enterprise environment. The SCM Lead plays an integral role in software development . This role will be responsible for implementing and executing our product’s release processes and will be leading the release team which supports various teams including the development and testing teams. Additionally, this role will be responsible for owning the configuration management, build and release activities, ensuring sound code deployment processes, coordinating code releases across the application.
•   5+ Years in modern SCM methodologies and tools
•   8+ years of related experience in technology in large enterprise environment
•   BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or other technical field.
•   Extensive experience in software engineering, release engineering, and/or configuration management.
•   Strong familiarity with ALM solutions (MKS, Serena, VSTS, etc). MKS experience highly desired.
•   Experience with source code management tools (CVS, Subversion, etc)
•   Experience configuring build automation tools (Ant, TeamCity, Hudson, Maven, etc)
