Technical Trainer available position in Los Angeles

Job Description:

Conduct training needs analysis with SMEs regarding instructional content
Design, develop, maintain and deliver classroom training modules and online Webex courses for all audiences of company’s web-based transactional system.
Design, develop and maintain support materials including online manuals, job aids and facilitator guides
Compile tests and other evaluations to be used to measure learning and performance as a result of learning initiatives.

+ Years Instructional Design (applicant must be able to provide examples of materials)
5 + Years training users on Web Applications (applicant will be required to present to interview panel a short training class)
Experience working directly with client SMEs and others to perform project needs analysis
Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing materials and training users on transactional web-based applications.
Requires project management skills and a track record of juggling multiple projects and constantly-changing priorities.
